Hi,
I know this is the question for a doctor but many of you are familiar with those things and i have an appoitment to the endo in 2 weeks. can you please interpret this result? I know is in the range, but isn't the A1c in higer range and shouldn't be glucose lower than? Im trying figure out what is my issue as the matter of weight gain, tiredness. Thank you

Glucose. 79. normal range 65-99
A1C. 5.4. normal range 4.8-5.6
insulin. 5.6. normal range. 2.6- 24.9

the glucose is normal...a lot lower and you wouldn't feel well
the A1C suggest the beginnings of insulin resistance but is still within normal

post up your stats
age, weight, height, and any other pertinent info
and your exact diet..
if you dont have an exact diet track it for a couple of days on fitday

Holy shit. You've been dealing w these issues for about ten fraking years. I remember you and these SAME posts from easy 8+ years ago.

I just looked through a few old posts

pcos
insulin resistance (which is related to pcos)
and thyroid problems (which causes the pcos)

go to an hrt dr...you're endocrines are out of alignment (said tongue in cheek)
in the mean time
look at leangains.com
and get on a keto diet...all of that crap is connected and until the insulin resistance is correctly addressed you're going to have fat
also..get on a non hormonal birth control if you can and look at soul cysters
think about a copper iud if you can

you're so misinformed about your conditions its painful

Hi,
Yes Daisy girl its been a while and im so flustruated. I actually went to a HRT doctor. she had switched me from 130mcg synthroid and 1 grain armour to 1 grain armour and 15mcg cytomel because my Reverse t3 were so high , so she thought im not converting well. what a horible feeling , on this combo. i had gained 8 lb within not even 2 months. Now im back on synthroid 125mcg and 20 mcg cytomel. not dizzines and puffy eyes so far LOL. All doctors i have seen think im not insulin resistant. Every doctor has different diagnosis. my period is not regular at all, birth control is not working for me, just nightmare.
