I train 4 days a week and I'm off on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I want to drop a few pounds but not go crazy with the T3. Would it make sense to take T3 only on the off days? I want to keep the fire burning on the days I am not as active but also reduce or eliminate any thyroid shutdown. My schedule doesn't permit me to do any additional cardio on the off days and I just want to drop about 10-15 lbs in about two months. Is T3 fast acting enough that it will immediately rev up your metabolism? Because it's never taken on consecutive days will there be any shutdown? I'm thinking of only taking about 25mcg on the off days.
