From experience I gained about 1-1.5lbs per day while on GH for a month. Though my strength didn't go up much then. Within a couple of months after that my strength skyrocketed. So I think that you gain a lot of muscle mass but need time to get it working in sync with the rest of your body. Also made my joints feel much much better.
