Silent method: Sorry 'bout that... wasn't ignoring you... here's my precontest prep at 1 week out...

Mon - low carb, hi water
Tues - low carb, hi water, begin diuretics
Wed - low carb, hi water, more diuretics
Thurs - low carb, cut water off at 6pm, more diuretics
Fri - normal meals till 3pm, 4 pm 4 rice cakes with pnut butter and jelly, 6pm chicken and potatoes, 9pm steak, potatoes and cheesecake, more diuretics... and an eatmore bar every 3 hours thereafter

This has worked for me over the last two years... now I'm doin' the nationals baby!!! Just trying to see if there are any more edges for me... considered slin cuz I heard good stuff about it, but also sounds quite dangerous if the dosages are wrong...

Are you doing the USA's? The reason I'm asking is because if you're far enough out and already fairly lean, you can begin experimenting with slin to see how you respond to it. I would change your carb up. BB's don't realize how much you have to eat to truly supercompensate. It's a lot. To give an example for my show I consumed 1200 grams of carbs the first 24 hours with slin, 900 the next 24, and 800 the last 24 leading up to the show. And as you can see from my pics, I was the driest guy on stage.
Most competitors start up their carb up too late or they start far enough out, but they do the exact opposite of how they should do it. They'll start with moderate carbs and increase as the days progress. This is just asking to spill over. I would say 90% of competitors are flat due to improper carb loading, 5% come in watery from improper carb loading, and maybe 3-5% hit it dead on.

I take 10iu PW with the 10/10 rule but I think that's for guys and it's not at all aggressive. I know there's guys claiming to take 30iu and what should be nowhere near enough carbs but they're the ones who're getting the great results.
Since everyone reacts so differently and you're talking about using it as low carb as you can then I'd say try a little at a time and work up. Start with 2-3iu and see how much PW carbs you need for that much slin then move it up one iu at a time. Read up on the symptoms for going hypo, make sure you're with someone who knows what you're doing and don't fuck around. As soon as you feel that light weak feeling - carb up.
Take your time inching up - no rush - it's worth it but you gotta be safe about it.

The man knows what he's talkin bout. If you have enough time definitely start experimenting with slin. Start with 5ius and work your way up from there. Make sure you get in enough of the right carbs or else your going to have problems. Be patient and monitor yourself to ensure that you do not spill over. For women it is a lot easier to spill, yet slin will definitely help you get onstage full and hard. Good luck :)

Thanks for your tips guys!! Makavelli - you're my shining star... no, I won't be doing the USA's... I'm doing the Canadians (yep, I'm a canuck!)...

A Canuck eh? Bet your dying w/o the NHL. I lived in Canada for a year when I was playing Junior hockey. Great time! Canadians know how to party! ;)

too risky, I have used it for bulking -along with carbs/protein- and sometimes it give me some hypoglycemia, even using carbs after injecting.

when you are pre-contest you will be in a diet, that means low or no carbs so you are much likely to get -an potentially fatal- hypoglycemia.
best to use thyroid/clen, and MUCH safer.

Just ONE overdose if insulin can kill you!!!

Hey bro, she wants to use it with a carb load. That's when you eat lots of carbs to fill out. There's little chance of going hypo.
