so basically this shuttles the carbs you eat to the muscles instead of turning into fat? you dont need to lower your carb intake in order to get the fat loss? sorry if i sound super ignorant, bacause i am when it comes to insulin. just not sure how and when to use this product. would it be good dieting down for a contest?

So far i would have to say Need2slin is NTBM supplement of the year product. Hcgenerate and gear up there too but i really love this product and all it can do.
