Instant Milk Protein?

Just wondering, is instand milk protein the same as casein?

Yeah, it looks pretty good I just didnt want it to be too good to be true like my last whey I bought. I dont whether to buy casein or whey though... Im thinkin whey but im not sure. I cant afford both.

I use that stuff for during the day. The strawberry flavour is the dogs bollocks when mixed with water! I wont use any other whey, or risk using a different flavour. How can it have 40g of whey in a 25g scoop? lol. Its got the N.I. for a 50g scoop there.

Yeh I tryed a strawberry flavour whey before and it tasted like ass. I was gonna get banana...
