I have been on a CKD for almost two weeks and my strength keeps going through the roof on each workout!! What the hell is happening? This isn't supposed to happen on a CKD!!
Nope......I've been addicted to bodybuilding for 10 years. I am 22 years old....6'2" 234 13% bodyfat...........I mean I went from curling 45's for sets of 8 to curling 65's for sets of 6 in two weeks.....incline dumbell reps went up too!!! My workouts have been ferocious, pumps have been amazing, and my focus has been relentless. What in the hell? LOL
