i prefer a wider stance myself... let me find a quote about that and i will post it later...That's pretty much the only thing I do for legs besides Deadlift, StiffLegDead, and Goodmornings. Been doing some hack squats lately just for something different. My main concern and questions are it an underdeveloped muscle, if so will it hamper gains, and if so do I need to change my stance up maybe? I squat about shoulder width.
Or am I just being paranoid about it?
