Was recently ran-over by a mad drunk ass and for the most part have recovered from my injuries. The damage that concerns me was to my knee. It wasn't ligament damage but somehow my right leg is now shorter than my left and have pretty intense pain in my hip and upper back when i work.(Im a framer) I think that i must have lost a good portion of muscle mass in my right leg while nursing a bad knee. My question is, do I lift and hope the problem works itself out? If I lift, what kind of xercise do you recommend? thanks in advance for any advice\info.
