Injection stiff and sore/red

injected 1.25ml into my delt... sunday

its been 3-4days

its really stiff and red... but the swelling and stiffness have gone down..

is it just inflamed or infection?

virgin muscle!

I literally just experienced the same thing days ago in a quad. Looks like a sunburn over a knot in the muscle. I've been told this has to do with benzyl alcohol content being on the high side

Yeah I've read multiple posts by radar saying massage w hot wash cloth I shall try that for now ... How's your quad ...

propanoic acid (the propionate ester)can cause quite a bit of inflammation and swelling at the injection site as it has a very low PH rating.
