I only shoot sust in the glutes. I've only done it in the quads once. It was two days before a friend's wedding (I was the best man). I had to hobble up a spiral staircase and nearly took out the entire wedding party. That was enough for me
I always stab in the quads, but partly because I'm just not limber enough to shoot anywhere else and aspirate! I rarely get any pain that's not bearable.
OK, im going to try the Sus in the quads! I'll post up Saturday afternoon to let you guys know how it went. Thanks for all the responses. Why do i feel like im about to make a very big mistake. Whats a little pain anyway, umm right?
Well, just a little sore from the shot in my right quad. No big deal. Actually the first shot in my glute was much worse. Very surprising! Im guessing my body adjusted to the effects from being on the Sus for the past month. Does this sound accurate/reasonable?
Just fuckin shoot it. I've hit sus in my pecs. It sucks but you get used to it. If you have no real reason to rotate then just hitglutes. If you do then your next best bet is delts, then quads IMO.
