I highly doubt you are taking in 5000cals and not gaining any weight. And you should be getting your bodyweight in protein. You are not ready for gear if you have to ask someone what to take and how much. How about doing some of your own leg work? Oh btw.....Did you PCT after the DBOL and what did you take?

Then take in 7000 calories a day and I also doubt you are burning that much!

PCT? Whats that? LOL!

I doubt the Dbol he took was real. He would not have called Dbol crap unless he bloated up because he took them with no AI
 
youre only getting 90g of protein a day? try closer to 300-350.
dont you know that protein is the key to building muscle?

need to triple your protein intake bro. :)
