if you are deficient in B vitamins I am sorry to say but your life will be miserable

that is something that must be addressed.

The kind I use has a decent amount per 1/2-1cc. It’s vet grade though. Play with the dose. If you don’t need it you’ll simply pee it out. After a few injections it will be less and less felt.
