Ok, basically I would like recommendations on an appropriate Test Cyp. dose for 1st cycle.

185lbs, 28 y/o, 1o years lifting exp (some more dedicated than others) I'm only 28, but the body composition is definately beginning to drift. Love cardio - have treadmill and home gym that I hit hard 5-6 nights a week. I'm not a dope, and know my stuff, but have no exp to fall back on as far as cycling test for 1st time. All you guys on here gotta give me feedback on your 1st Test cycle.

What Test Cyp weekly dose would you start on? If you had access to Deca - how much test would you stack over 400mg of Deca weekly? I can handle PCT/eating/lectures myself.

250-500mg/wk

some will say go low to be safe, some will say go with 500 or you'll regret it.
IMO, I'd go with 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. The sides shouldn't be much different then 250 and the results are way better.

Stick with a test only first cycle. Save the deca for the next one. If you combine and gets sides, you won't know where they are coming from.

makes sense - I appreciate the input So a single 1cc, 200mg injection would be too low, then

Yes, I would say that is too low. Whatever dose you decide on, it's best to split the dosage up into two injections per week. This will keep your blood levels even, which means less side effects.
 
right. If you are going to do the 500mg aweek as stated above(I agree with apex on this also) you should do two shots a week imo. So if you got 200mg-1cc you will do 1 and a quarter cc for each shot, which will kinda suck tryin to get it right at one and a quarter. I'm relatively new to the game, but maybe you can just do 400mg per week and get good gains from that.
 
Yeah - was thinking about splitting dose as well. Again - makes sense. There was a thread not too long ago about splitting doses.

Anyone else agree? 400mg-500mg/week and split dose.
 
yes, finishin up pct from my first cycle ( test E and dbol) i did 500 mgs and it was great with no sides. i shot sunday morning and wednesday - almost 3.5 days apart :)
like apexx said, save deca for 2nd cycle.. thats what my next cycle is.. test/deca/dbol. what kind of home gym do u have? go to another gym at all? 10 years experience is great.. i started my 1st after 9, and im 22 :)
