lil nasty said:First of all....Welcome to the board. I am not a veteran but am a var user, with great results I might add. I am currently on my 3rd cycle, BD is my preferred choice as well. I take 15 mg a day and eat 2600 to 3300 calories a day, I am 5'3 @ 135lb. Right now I am eating 2600 to 2700 cutting a little without loosing the muscle I have worked so hard to build. I cannot tell you how much muscle I have put on exactly but can tell you my strength is through the roof!! I went from a 135 lb squat to 225, I am dead lifting 250 and my weakest link is my chest and I am now up to 135 from 85. I know my calories are high compared to most women on this board, you will find most are 1200 to 2000. I eat carbs with EVERY meal even at night and am currently in a size 3 or 5 and my abs are finally showing.
I think it is great you are taking the time to help your girlfriend and also feel sometimes people forget this is a AAS board. Most of the time if I want feedback regarding AAS I have my husband post on the mens forum so I don't catch a bunch of flack. I know everyone is different and sides are nothing to mess around with, however I personally have not had any with var.
I hope you and your girlfriend continue to post here although I would not blame you if you didn't.

Thanks to all who posted! Especially lil Nasty! You went the extra mile to explain your experience in detail, and inform me of the means by which you obtained your goals (which was more time consuming than most would give for someone they do not know... and I really appreciate it)! Ideally, thas what I wanted but didn't state so clearly. With that info I can form my own hypothesis and gauge how well I have an understanding of AAS and it's effects on my gf. I, unlike many who may come to these do not expect ANYONE else to do all the research and me just come and just come in, and in a sense, "copy their notes". In order for me to get a clear grasp of the things I want to know, be what they may, I need to do the grunt work. I think it is admirable that people like DG will graciously draw you a "virtual map" given your current state, of how to get from point A, to point B... I am just one of the meticulous geeks that always ask why at the end of a statement! So, rather than aggravate the hell out of you all, I choose to gather info/facts/experiences to make or support theories on my own. Thanks again!
