Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Going into my 5 week of 600 test and 400 deca. I am looking to add a little more size without adding fat (192 under 10% bf and I compete as a middle weight). I've been taking adex .5 OED which worked last time (500 test and 400 Eq and it was fine). Should I increase the arimidex or add nova 20 mg ED. Its almost an achy feeling in my right nip not just sensitive and I can feel lump but you cant see it just by looking in the mirror.

nolva is not the smartest thing in the world to run with deca... why are you even using nolva here? its not an ai, its an estrogen blocker, which you do not need on cycle as it is... you need to get bloodwork...
You definitely shouldn't throw nolva in the mix when running a nandrolone like deca.
I would try aromasin next time instead of arimidex. I know I have found it much more effective and forgiving at the same time.
