Increasing AI dose precontest help?

Hey folks, just want your expertise on what protocol you would recommend regarding AI precontest

Currently on 6.25 mg aromasin ed, 3 weeks from competition I was thinking of upping this to 25mg ed...is that over kill ?

I have some Letro on hand as well and was suggested to do 1.25 mg ed last 3 weeks leading into the show to dry me out...I understand my joint will suffer from this but any experience or up suggestions on upping AI 3 weeks out ?
