Incorporating cardio when bulking

[FONT=&quot]Now for my question, i know this has been posted before but i just wanted to know how many people do cardio while bulking. How much do you do it? I have been doing 3 intense session for 10 minutes. I still feel that is optimal for me. Have you experienced good gains while incorporating cardio into your workout? Thanx fellas have happy and safe holidays.[/FONT]
 
You don't stop doing cardio when bulking ever. I personally do 30 minutes to an hour when bulking.
 
our last podcast we talked about this.

cliffnotes. cardio is great for your heart health. and a healthy heart is a healthy body. don't believe the bs that cardio kills gains. unless you are doing an excessive amount you never have to worry about it
