Incline/Decline Bench verse regular

For incline I've always lifted less. For decline I'm about even with flat - or sometimes 5-10-15 lbs heavier.

But, it's all on how strong you are in your chest, triceps, and shoulders.

Inclines hit a smaller portion of your chest - therefore some people lift heavier on flat and decline. Others have trained differently and are stronger in Incline.
 
Actually, inclines will typically be more effective in training your chest. This would be at a 30 degree angle vs the typical 45 degree angle that you usually see this exercise done at.
