In theory... Prop/win/var

So I've been playing around with a run in my head consisting of prop, winny and var. the goal of this run would be adding 7-10lbs of lean muscle but with more emphasis on improving fast twitch muscle, athletic preformance and strength. All lifting routine and explosive training aside would this run be doable and effective for that purpose?

33 years old, 242lbs, 12%bf, 2 pervious runs.


10 weeks consisting of:
Prop:150eod 10weeks
Win:50ed/weeks1-4 pinned
Var:60ed/weeks5-10
Ai: tbd (prob aromasin 12.5mg eod/e3d)
Hcg if I can get it otherwise hcg gen
I'm also debating throwing in something like ipamorelin/igf-1/hgh for added tendon/ligament strength.
I'm not gonna go over pct or in cycle supps as this is only a hypothetical.

Also one last question, the idea of running win then var is going on the principal of taking win and reaping the fast twitch benefits for 4 weeks but then switching to var to increase cross hatching and strength, to avoid injury. Thoughts/ideas???

You'd want this to be an 8 week run to start.

Prop dose would be 100 eod

As far as leading off with Winny and finishing with var it can be done.

Aromasin should be 12.5mg eod

Igf 1 or peptides would be saved for pct and time after pct
 
Would there be zero benefit from the IPA/igf or hgh during the cycle? I know for instance hgh is supposed to be run for 6 months but would it do anything from a healing/ protecting tendons and ligaments during? I'm trying to protect myself from joint and tendon problems winny can cause. I was gonna use ostarine in my pct regardless as it's gone great with my past pct's.
 
You could start hgh with the cycle and continue it after the cycle obviously. If you're running ipam, are you running mod grf with it? I would. Save that combo for your pct and bridge along with igf

What kind of athletic performance are we talking about? Say youre a sprinter for example. Steroids could potentially make some things more difficult. If you get bad pumps from var, it will cripple you and you won't perform worth a shit. Winny can cause bad joint problems for a runner to the point of injury. Just some examples

Some athletes are much better off using a sarms stack rather than actual aas, but I'm not sure what sport you're into

The igf you will find if it is legitimate will contribute to bringing your nuts back. Why this is I have no idea but it just does. This is why igf should be run in pct.

You could run peptides from the start of cycle. The minimum time I would run them is 1.5 months but you would be best running them for 3-6 months
 
@jb run var in the past with zero pump problems. I'm worried about the winny though. So many claims of drying out vrs people saying crush fish oil and water plus proper warm up and you will be sweet. I'd rather not say which sport but it's one of the major sports in murica. Weight gain won't be a problem as it wasent in the past, the only hang ups I have is win/var wrecking my liver and other values though I'll be running n2guard, mrsupps tudca, milk thistle and a host of other goodies. And ligament tendon issues. Can I offset any possible win related issue with a peptide vrs say deca(not and option and only masks pain) again the idea is win builds up the fast twitch quick but makes large think tendons that can break. So I run short with a peptide or gh to protect them and then use var to solidify and strengthen them.
