In 7 weeks, I lost an enormous amount of fat and put on good muscle, just by switching my diet and working out. Lots of salads and chickens, I didn't drink soda or fast food for the 2 months, only ate when i really felt like i needed it. Was a little on the starvation side, but it wasn't killing me or anything. Specially since i had a little extra to lose anyway. Diet is the most important thing always. You can see gigantic results just from eating properly.
