Hello all,

I have always been hesitant to look into potentially buying HGH or other similar substances, but have recently been more interested in the idea. Here is some basic information about my current build:

Age: 20
Height: 6' 1.5"
Weight: 155

My main reasons for looking into some sort of supplement are as follows. I have been trying to gain weight for a number of years without much success. I managed to get up to 160 lbs in September 2012 with a bench press max of 235 lbs. Unfortunately this slow progress was stopped when I had to do 3 months of physical therapy for my right shoulder which has since become an issue once again. At this point I have just become extremely frustrated with the injury and my hard work really not paying off. I was hoping someone may be able to recommend some sort of supplement (HGH potentially) that is both affordable and would at least produce moderately good results.

My goal is not to have extraordinarily massive gains. I have always wanted to weigh around 175 lbs and be both built and extremely cut. Because of this, I would prefer to not have to use any supplements long term to both safe money and avoid bulking up past my goal. My main concern with this part is if I only took a supplement for a short time (1-3 months or so) to help my shoulder recover and to provide a quick boost towards my goal, that I would lose all the muscle I had built during the period in which I was taking supplements. I am not sure if this is how it works but it is one of the questions I was hoping to have answered.

I don't know if any of this is even remotely feasible but I have tried doing research on my own and unfortunately have been unsuccessful in determining what the best option would be for me. If anyone would be kind enough to offer me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

You are 20 yrs old your body is already producing an ample supply of HGH so adding more is pointless, HGH works best for those who are entering their late 30's this is when the body's production of HGH starts dropping. so forget that idea.

Eat right and get plenty of rest ,at your age you should heal rapidly.

If you don't want to use something long term and you're looking for something affordable, HGH is not for you at all. Eat clean, lots of food, lift heavy but stay smart, and get lots of sleep.
