Hi guys. I've been away from the gym for about 1,5 year and made a comeback in summer... I did exercise a couple of months and then got some stuff to "help me" on the way :)

When I started to get serious again, in the middle of August, my weight was about 158,4 lbs (72kg). [First picture]

I added 500 mg of Testoviron once a week ! And added about 3000 kcal / day !!!! Before I always had a problem to eat enough, my metabolism is very high and I'm always about 10 % bf natural !!!

After about 5 weeks this is how I look like [Second picture]. I gained 37,4 lbs and now I'm about 195,8 lbs (89kg). Been putting on 37,4 lbs in about 5 weeks. I did try my bodyfat last week at the gym, and it said 13 % bf. I'm very happy anyway...
My shoulders and back have grown a lot compared to before. I used to be very thin, as I wrote before, but I'll try to pass the 200 lbs limit before november !

My next goal is to add more mass. Especially the arms are my priority. Because of problems with my digital camera I cannot post any more pics for now. So all you gonna see is my back, sorry for that. But I'll keep you updated as soon as it get working again !

All constructive critique are very welcome - but all who wanna complain and talk bullshit I would not respond to !

Well, maybee I should add that I used quite a bit of Humalog, and now started to use Winstrol Depot (have two weeks left on that) together with the Testoviron Depot (250 mg/ml).
I take 1/4 - 1/2 arimidex ED, together with Saw Palmetto, Spirulina and zink. But the the best gains I made from the increased amount of food !!! Added 2-4 meals a day from what I used to eat. My favorite food is chicken breast, yoghurt and pasta !
 
That's great progress bro! Also, your body fat didn't seem to drastically change in your pics, which is outstanding....Good luck and keep us posted!
 
I usually eat 2-3 packages of almost fatfree yoghurt (0.05 % fat).
They contain also 35g protein, and 120g carbs. Totally 600-800 calories dependent of the brand....

People which used to say you put on a lot of fat while taking insulin (Humalog) is definetly wrong. Gotta love Test + Humalog :)

Hey bro, first i wanna say u made some very nice gains. Just a quick question. With the HGH, did u notice any of that joint pain and extra bone growth that people worry so much about? I know it takes a while for any of that to happen, but i am just curious if u felt any different. I'm considering HGH because i can get it at a pretty nice prive.. Thanks a lot

Yo bro, I use "ONLY" Humalog, not HGH !!! Humalog is very anabolic combinated with most kind of steroids. I used it with Testoviron, and just began with Winstrol... but never HGH - and I will never use that product either. To high risk, in comparision to what you get in my opinion. When I'm old, maybe, but most likely not !

Oh im sorry , I thought humalog was a type of HGH. My apologies.
 
seems good molle,great gains,and i agree no fat from slin,i have taking big amonts whit slin as you now,and it is the best i ever tryed.i wish i could make little gains my self,i feel like a worm.:)))good luck.
 
dude, you've made some excellent quality mass gains with no noticable bf increase. this is what we all dream of doing.

how about some before/after pics of your chest/abs/shoulders?

Well, I got 3 week old pics, not so good but the only I got.
I have gained another 10 lbs since. Now I'm 198 lbs (90 kg), aiming to go over 200 lbs before cutting... I have another week with testoviron and Winstrol Depot so I guess I'll make it.

Gone from 158,4 lbs (72kg) though, so I've gained some mass (and fat of course).

Here is a front pic some days after my first injection (I think).... Taken 18th of August !
 
As you can see, I have put on a bit of fat as well :)
Gained in back and legs especially, cannot fit in my old PANTS !!!!
That sucks....

My chest and arms are not gaining so much :( but still don't want to complain... Used kinda light cycle !

Just started with Arimidex 8-10 days ago, so now I've lost lots of the extra water and still have gained about 40 lbs (18kg) in not more then a month. Well, might sound strange to some of you but it's 100 % true. My friends are a bit suspicious, and so are my training partner :)))

Well, be kind. I'm not used to be this fat. Will start my cutting phrase with Clen & Ephedrine soon. Aiming to go down to 8-9 % bf....

Always did lots of sports, guess the swimming made it easy for me to gain back & shoulders.

Summer 2002 I'll try to go to about 200 lbs ripped.

well, it's true you did put on a LITTLE bf, still not that much! your mass gain is more than the temporary bf gain. as lean as you were before it shouldn't take you long to reach your goal of 8-9 bf%.

have you ever tried DNP for cutting? awsome stuff!
 
Very nice results bro, ill give you (my opinion) on some constructive criticism since you requested, from top down; Nice traps/ shoulders... upper chest could use some more beef only bcuz your delts kind of over power them... lats are lookin great...cant really see abs yet but maybe its the h20 retention ...work on forearms a bit more , upper arms are fine but could use a little more size just to catch up with your trunk size .. can only see some of your quads which could also use a little more direct work. Overall a great physique, but I think some of the smaller muscle groups need to catch up a little.
 
ciscokid1 Just curious. With your weight gains how much have your poundages gone up that you are lifting with.

Well, dunno what you call those set I do (in English).
Anyway, here are those I recall....

Benchpress: From 3 set, 6-8 reps of 154 lbs (70 kg), to 3 set, 3-4 reps of 242 lbs (110 kg).

Biceps curl with bar: From (3 set), 6-8 reps of 88 lbs to (3 set), 4-7 reps of 132 lbs.

Dips: Used a 22 lbs (10 kg) weight before, now I use an additional 66-77 lbs (30-35 kg). Doing 5-10 reps - as many I can handle....

Deadlift: Used to go for about 242 lbs, now up to 308 lbs (140kg), but sometimes I don't go so heavy. Don't want to destroy my back :) (6-8 reps X 3 set !)

Nope, clen is enough for me, really. I might add some T3 as well, we'll see.
 
Sooooo, Molle. Did you start juicing at the very moment you started lifting weights? You could have achieved that EASILY au natural. But everyone do it with their own way.. I would have gone longer without steroids, but hey, that's just me.

Well, I did start juicing after two months I came back to lifting weights. Been lifting ON and OFF for 7 years. Never had time to do it 100 % serious. Always work/studies or other kind of sports that's had priority !!!

Although, the biggest problem for me is food. Find it really hard to eat enough. ONLY on roids I get hungry !!! And I would never archive my 200lbs goal I finally did. BTW, have been using before, some years ago, then lost motivation and now came back again...

So what the hell is the difference between a "juicer that had been going on for years and are really big, and a juicer just came back to weight lifting"??? People might think the more experienced one might get less sides, but I personally think it's the opposite. He will press himself to higher dosages (which I don't) and the more harsh roids.

I'm fucking tired of those pointless comments like "I would have gone longer without steroids". The roids all effect you the same, unless of you've been using the for a long time or for a short time....
