What is your recommendation for improving my Pull-Ups. Right now I can do 12 and I've been stuck doing this many for the past 6 months with no improvements. A year ago I can only do about 5. How many can you guys do and how can I improve as fast as possible
I use the pull up machine at the gym so I can add some support and do more, once I get to 100 pull ups with weight I decrease the help
