stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Jan 12, 2018 #2 if you would have asked "what can I take" i would have blown a gasket on this question my advice is watch some soccer youtube videos for help. i can tell you that ball strike and follow through improvements will help a lot. fundamentals ask your coach to work with you after practice to improve it and get some one on one pointers, or ask one of your teammates who kicks far
