here are a couple of back shots from january. plus a horrible mm from the same time
stats 5'8 ~ 190 .
bf - you tell me. the posing isn't that grea, and neither is the lighting. plus I am the whitest mofo up in did hizzouse.
but what the fuck ??
im just doin this for motivation, i will be posting again around may long weekend. this time in shape.
ps im powerlifting, not bodybuilding, but i still want to look decent

The red "toque" has got to go.

Do more delt and chest work. Incline bench press plus military press.
 
look good, front delts need work, arnold presses ;) just to give them that bubble like roundness which helps you to "look good"...


where is your mandatory fat...to be a powerlifter you must have a mandatory 17+% bf.....jk ;)

and i dont like being too fat
yeah, my delts were strong, but very little direct work has made them small. same for chest.
