IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Jail time for steroids to increase 50 fold!

My friend, famed steroid attorney Rick Collins sent me the following announcement to pass on to you. The U.S. Sentencing Commission has published notice of temporary "emergency" amendments to the federal anabolic steroid sentencing guidelines and thing just got a lot tougher for American juicers! A LOT TOUGHER!
03.27.06 - U.S. Anabolic Steroid Punishments Increased!
The U.S. Sentencing Commission has published notice of temporary "emergency" (i.e., immediate) amendments to the federal anabolic steroid sentencing guidelines. Henceforth, injectable and oral steroids will be quantified for punishment in a 1:1 ratio to other Schedule III drugs, resulting in a twenty-fold measurement increase for injectable steroid units and a fifty-fold increase for oral steroid units. Steroids in other forms ("e.g., patch, topical cream, aerosol") will be reasonably estimated based on a consideration of 25mg as one unit. Additionally, sentencing enhancements will apply in cases involving distribution to "athletes" or where coaches use their positions to influence athletes to use steroids, as well as in cases involving "masking agents." While likely to impact dealers more than personal users, the new 1:1 ratio nonetheless ignores fundamental differences between steroid usage and volume patterns as compared to other Schedule III drugs. Other potential problems with the amendments include the lack of any reference to potency in oral or injectable steroids, potentially leading to black market adaptations to circumvent the amendment (e.g., the creation of high potency "mega-pills") as well as the lack of any knowledge requirement involving distribution (e.g., via the Internet) to unidentifiable customers who may turn out to be athletes. It is expected that the revisions will be made permanent by Congress in November. [For further information, see the written testimony of Rick Collins to the Sentencing Commission, the transcript of his appearance before the Commission, the Report of the USSC Steroids Working Group, and the Commission's Notice of Amendment to the guidelines.]

Dam baseball players cause this shit....About as dum as not having the right to not wear your seat belt if you dont want too...Guess if people live longer more tax money for the goverment to make......So i guess they will have to build another 600 prisons to hold all the bad AAS user to protect the world....Remember you people voted for Bush twice i didnt!

It's aimed at those who sell steroids. Not those that use them. But it shows that they would rather use penalties as a deterrent than enforcement to control the flow.
Given the success this has had at controlling the flow of heroine, X and crack I can see why they would want to implement these laws for steroids as well.

its not the baseball players its the F'in press!! they're the ones that get the general public all inflamed about aas becuase 99% of the shit they report is BS. Why publish the truth when lies sell so well

It's a risk that we all must endure for the lifestyle. As pointed out above it is pointed towards the dealers in mass quantities. The problem of Anabolics will never go away no matter how harsh the penalties. Again as pointed out above it is more of a detterent visually then an enforcement issue. The way the laws are enforced remain the same as usal however it is the penatly/consequences that are being amended.

This is more Govt Bullsit..Evryone likes to feel better about themselves by passing more laws and they say it will save us from ourselvesor its for the chlidren..what a joke..there are 1ooo's of gun control laws and look how well that is going..Better yet look at the "war on drugs"..another fuckin joke...How about education instead telling me whats in my best intrest.. And what jackass decided that a person who has been caught with thier own personal use juice should do more time than somone who shot up a parking lot at the club or someone whos a kid toucher..Man I when I was in highschool in the 80's ( I'm 35 now ) lots of people I played football and baseball with juiced hell the boster culb, which was a bunch of rich old men treated almost the entire football team to a cycle the summer before my senior year..none of us died and we all turned out ok.. And you can't say its all because of Bush he's not the only one up there its all of them..Welcome to the USA soon to be changed to the peoples republic of america..love that socialism...Sorry for the soap box rant Bros just got up after working until 7am and I about to go back to work so I am kinda touchy right now..I need a hug and a herbal tea..lol

SUCCESS!??!!? I can go to a lot of people to get crack, X, heroine, its more predominant than alcohol around here! I know some 12 year old that sell also. There is no success in it, it just means the criminals get smarter and smarter about smuggling and producing, that is all!
