Imbalances

If you feel you have a certain mucle group that might be bigger than one another. For example: one calf muscle is bigger than the other. Would it be advised?

if you are under 25 years old that is NORMAL

under 20 that is COMMON

those imbalances will work themselves out over time assuming you are properly lifting
