I have been training for 2 months now trying to get big, i train four times a week for aprox 1 hour, I was ok for the first month but now i am getting so tired withen seconds of doing any sets.
I am getting a real problem with motivation, like I just dont have any anymore due to being so tired.
The only Supplement I am taking is a high protein drink called ' Metaphysics MetaMax'
I have noticed increase in size and I am happy with that, but I am getting so tired its hard for me to keep going.
What would be good for me to take that will help me with this problem.
