Well well, first off let me apologize on the gender mix-up and compliment you on the nice body.Secondly that weight is pretty impressive. I know there are some guys at Gold's that couldn't do that weight/rep scheme- one being a "lifting buddy" of mine. Are you training for anything in particular? Keep up the good work

lol.. no wonder you joked about the amount of weight if you thought i was a guy! (did you think i was a guy calling myself the decline queen? lol)
i just like training for strength. i like to see my lifts go up. i'm drug free btw.

my best bench was 205 in a shirt or 170 raw.
i sprained my sacral joint so my best deadlift and squat are only 260 for both.
i'm 37

Your bench is very strong, sorry to hear about your injury though.

Ill bet you get some funny looks in the gym with that much weight. And all the girlie girls are scared of you. LMBO!
