Wow this is getting hard... I dont know my BF% specifically but its low and i want it lower and the hunger is too much haha...

I can do it but my diet is nazi... put it this way my big cheat was an extra piece of grilled chicken and piece of cheese and i feel guilty...

Spring break in 9 days gotta loose just 1-2 more pounds and look like i'e always wanted to...

You also have to love when people ask you why you are on a diet when you have low bf... like you naturally are over 200 with low BF haha if i didnt diet i wouldnt look like this and you'd vbe asking me why i wasnt on a diet SO SHUT UP....

I have low body fat also. I want to lose maybe 20 pounds. I am a model. I think my thighs are too fat. I don't have much time to exercise. My eating habits are already pretty bad so I don't feel the need to diet. What should I do?
 
I hear you bro, try to stay disciplined and dont lose site of your goal, In 9 days, when all those fine ladies in Bikinis are checkin YOU out, it all be worth it. Cycling your Cals up 5-600 today or tomorrow will not slow your progress at all and will probably get you there easier by boosting leptin.
I also put myself through some serious guilt if I binge/cheat and decided its not worth it. I havent binged since christmas but have cycled calories upward 5-600 cals evry 4-5 days and have cut down well below 10%BF with very little cardio and lifting 3 days per week.
 
Ha ha. You must've misunderstood me. I AM one of those pretty women in bikinis! I just want to look BETTER that is all. I just don't want to end up going to extremes. Been there, done that, don't wanna do it again. See what I'm sayin'?
The only problem is, that with my bad eating habits, I think my metabolism has dropped. I was vegetarian, but since I rarely ate, and then I didn't eat meat, my body did not get the protein it needed and I kept getting dizzy, tired, and even fainted quite a few times.
I just recently started eating meat (cheeseburgers taste GREAT!). But I still don't eat as much as I probably should. My appetite for food has completely deteriorated. It's not healthy, I know- but I guess I could afford to lose a couple of pounds...

well, there are no magic pills which will help you lose weight. you need to get your diet in order (when i say diet, i mean eating habits and food choices) and you should incorporate some exercise.

btw, you should start a new thread about this, since this is not related to the original question in here. you are likely to get more detailed answers and suggestions in a new thread.
 
80mcg clen and 6-8 nyc ED should help haha... its hell but oh well... odd thing is im always tired from it
