I've soo been craving carbs today- especially the prolab bar in my fridge- 40g of sugar!! just waiting for me.. BUT I made my chicken and I'm eating it! It's all about willpower!

Willpower...that word sure as hell wasn't in my vocabulary yesterday when I was at our state fair! (But that's the one time a year you can get sangria wine slushies, ribbon potato fries, deep fried oreos...)

Oh I was so close to giving in yesterday. I brought my cat to the vet, and she had me waiting for an hour. I was starving, if I don't eat every 2-3 hours I get crazy hungry. So I was soooo close to ordering a damn pizza. But I said no I'm not having the pizza, went home and had a steak, sweet potato, and a bunch a veggies. :verygood:

Good job. I have scheduled cheat foods in my diet to prevent overwhelming cravings. For the most part, it works. But for those times when I'm vacillating between a bad choice (unscheduled) and a good choice, I remind myself about my training and ask myself which choice will translate into a better workout. That usually gets me back on track. My philosophy is Eat to train, and let the training take care of the body.
