I'm embarassed.. it involves cookie dough...

Ok, I sinned. haha. well, not really but I did mess up.

I gave in! I went to Wal-wart and got a bunch of cookie dough. haha.

I have dieted hard for seemingly so long and have been doing cardio until I'm pissed off and etc, etc... all for some stomach fat that won't budge.

One of the bros on here gave me some advice and I'm about to go for my first ketogenic diet, and I had let go of some frustration first. Too bad I didn't consider all the carbs going instantly to fat?



So, I guess I just lost it around 12:30 tonight - I couldn't take it.

I went in the store, like a man in some type of destruction mode, ripped the dough of the shelf, paid for the bitch, got in my truck and ripped it open like a madman!

I devoured the equivalent of 11 unbaked cookies (little concentrated squares)!!!!

I was then very :worried:

Threw the rest away.



Do any of you guys ever go through this frantic eating mode??
It has happened a few times before, but they are few and far between.

haha. i'm sick...

I thought it pertained to the eating and willpower of steriod using athletes, of which I am.

not being sarcastic at all, can i move it?
 
yes usually at night with cravings

i am against Keto diets but IF your going to do it, I would modify it and have 2 carb up meals a week

to"re-glycogenate" you lover and muscle

its not a ket but darm near close in results minus sides

I put a brownie in my protein shake this morning......but I didn't make a post about it. Honestly bro 11 cookies isn't gonna kill you.

Any chance you got stoned, then ran out for some cookie dough? In any event...good shit bro, I laughed for what seemed to be hours...lol.

I'm there right now! I have awesome willpower, but going to the grocery store on an empty stomach is a big no no for me. I will fail everytime and put shit in the buggy that is no where near the low carb items I need to get leaner. I usually will eat a meal and throw down a whey zero carb shake before I get to the store. Honestly, I agree with the others. Don't let one moment of weakness change the course for your short-term and long-term goals. Not sure how long you've been working on your mid-section, but it's not going to disappear in the middle of the night. Just stick with! Unless you have a lot of lose skin, the goal is reachable. I like the idea of cheat meals better than cheat days. Seems to work better for me. I find that many turn those carb up days into pig out days and wonder why they dont make the progress. I have always questioned the M-F low carb and then eat what u want on Sat & Sun as long as u get your protein.

Yeah, that does work better, besides a cheat "meal" can be a TON less food than a cheat day ... with the same satisfaction level, if you mind is programmed that way.

Either plan them every 4th or 5th day or let your body tell u when u need it. I look so forward to it that it keeps me focused and strict the other times. It is like a present to myself and it is not enough to wreck you diet.

I really need to start doing this. I have absolutely no willpower when it comes to eating. I'm good all day but then at about 8 pm I just want junk.
