I have the large George Foreman grill that was giving to me as a gift about a year ago.

Haven't used it yet.

those things are awesome...you can cook a frozen chicken breast in about 12 minutes..only problem is they cook the juice right out of them

Its gonna turn into chicken mush. add some rice, tomatos, onions, lettuce, and make a taco out of it.

damn that sounds good... i'm gonna have to try that sometime.

No ... it doesn't turn into chicken mush. It cooks in it's own juices and doesn't dry out either.

You don't have to cook the veggies that long add them 2 hours before the chicken is ready.
