I'm 198 lbs at 6-7% BF.

How much do you know about arm wrestling?

Prioritize your wrist and grip strength followed by arms.

REALLY heavy wrist curls as far as I know are a major staple of elite arm wrestlers.

Heavy one arm preacher curls also seem to be popular.

For advice - I don't know much about arm westling - much less than you I'm sure - so I won't go over the top, but: something I never read on here but thought would be an excellent exercise would be one-arm chins. Apart from that, obvious advice would be to rest uphold beforehand and not get injured.

I'm doing heavy wrist curls and 100 lbs one arm hammer curls (with dumbbells)

Also I'm trying to be more explosive in my workouts and doing arms almost 2-3 times a week...specifically things that target forearms and heavy biceps / triceps work.

But i live in Guelph, and was wondering where is the armwrestling championship i might watch it?

Also how are the gyms in Mississauga cause here they fucking blow, we only have the YMCA and Athletic Club as far as i know...

Yeah we have a goodlife, is that better than the YYMCA in your opinion for weightlifting?

Good luck though at the competition!! I will try and get by there to watch, nothing to do during the summer anyways
