I'm back

Welcome back Scots, I am sure you are glad to be away from that Ok. wind and back in the Colorado snow. I am still out in the field at least until the end of the week, get a few paid days off for rig move then back out here for a 13,500 foot hole. I may be off for christmas and back in Denver, I'll let you know. I sure as hell won't help with any Canadian Mist but some Crown or Grey Goose would work for me.
BTW, have any formation logs for this area? I haven't been out in Hamilton Creek before and the drilling, especially sliding, is painfully slow. Average ROP is about 10ft/hr.

Yep definitely glad to be back here. Move days are always the best when you aren't the ones moving the rig. 13,500 that ought to be loads of fun. Some goose would be alright with me or even some Chopin.

There are a few formational logs out there but not a whole lot. We have some pretty good basinal info but there is a lot of weird shit down that way. The evaporite deposits were drilling at 40-60rop when we were there but had to put the brakes on looking for drilling breaks to show us our core points.

Cheers,
Scotsman
