This a very shitty pic but it'll have to do. It doesn't show all the vein and things,but i'm 3 weeks out from my contest. Right now i weigh 224lbs. Any criteques are welcome.

'm carb depleted right now and my arms are the first things to deflate, but when i load in the carbs they will be back to regular.
 
what is a good way of getting rid of water naturally.
a shit load a vitamin c work for me, and i've tried taraxatone, but what else can i do to help.i just started putting carbs back in and i don't want any more water retention.

Just keep taking in a lot of water. The more you take in, the less your body retains. Can you take in a gallon a day? Most of the guys I know who compete take in a gallon or more.

I work my traps with heavy hangcleans and powercleans. I also do snatches and power pulls, they work the hell out of the traps and the whole back. As you can see i'm a Powerbuilder as those old to the game knows is god for putting on size.
 
Since tha diet i lost 30 lbs.
My stats as of right now are
arms 19
legs 28 1/4
chest 52
waist 31


Mt shoulder workout is kinda like a olympic weight lifters workout
I do 3 sets of power cleans
3 sets of hang cleans
3 sets of millitary press
2 sets of side laterals
