I'm about to lay the beatdown on my neighbor

I got new neighbors a month ago their ten'ish year old kid got the room next to me. He's thumping that stereo every chance he gets. I have complained twice already and I know the roommate called 1-2 times.

In ten years here I've never had a problem with noise. When the previous neighbor practiced piano every afternoon you could only hear if it you were in the hallway. With MC Fuckstick I got it coming thru the walls and the window. These apts don't have A/C so I'll be damned if I'm shutting off my ocean breeze for him.

It's a 3BR apt...give the little shit the middle room away from me. For $2,500/month I better be able to hear a damn pin drop in the next building.

Can I count on anyone of you German/Irish/Swedish/Italian/Dutch-Americans to bail me out if I have to choke a bitch?
 
maybe next month after my paychecks start rolling in again!

Easy fix. Make sure you are blasting your music at 7am every morning. Ten year olds probably like to sleep until noon. Hopefully he'll get the hint.

Either that or actually knock on the door if you know his parents aren't home and pretend you're a cop.

Well, MC Fuckstick almost got a beatdown from his dad. There is no woman there so neighbor must be a single dad. I've met him and he seems like a nice guy. Last night after the music stopped I heard dad absolutely ripping the kid a new one. I mean he's at the top of his lungs and his window is only 6 feet away so I heard it all. The kid is apparently a troubled kid and doesn't really doesn't want him there. He was going on about the kid not listening to anything he's told and how he's headed down the wrong road. You could actually hear him walk around the room and get in the kid's face and he's "you think your martial arts will help you! You think you can take me? C'mon! C'mon! Try it!" The kid says I'm gonna leave. Pop tells the kid about four times "go ahead, leave and don't come back. Don't come back ever. I don't care. Leave and don't come back". I was 99% sure MC Fuckstick was about to get his ass beat. Screw the stereo. I was ready to call the police for his safety.

Call the police every time he does it.. Landlords pull the 911 report every month and they will see the problem.. The landlord will take action if the 911 report becomes an issue due to the fact that corporate tenants pull this to ensure the safety of there workers and if it is ridden with complaints this will look negatively on the property.. believe me Dial it works. Good luck pal

Well fuck me. MC Fuckstick is over there bumpin stereo right now. I can't complain too much. It is Sunday after all but dang, he could lose some of that bass. I don't really hear the music; just the bass making the walls vibrate. I'm amazed Pops tolerates that shit. My parents taught me if they can hear it outside my door it's too loud. I don't even own a stereo. I just listen to music on my computer, which has pretty good speakers and a sub.

LOL so true..... One of my neighbor's car stereo must have the volume knob broken off, cuz when she comes home, I can hear her radio, when she's in her garage, and Im in my house...

MC Fuckstick's dad apparently beats his ass on the regular, as in police have been called by neighbors because they hear him being repeatedly thrown against the wall and threatened to be killed ass beating. I gave him a Get off my shitlist free card. I'm sure either him, mom or lil sis is going to stab Pops in his sleep within the next year.
