Hey guys,

As much as I go on a run with my diet and cardio I always seem to fall off after 5days to a week, IT SUCKS! The main reason I think I do this is because I dont have anyone to push or support me. My friends can all really care less and I workout alone. My lifts are always great and I love doing them but when it comes to cardio and diet I just seem to have like a mental frigging block. I know to some of you my post may seem like a whine, but I just go to get this off my chest and see if there is something I can do to keep myself on the right track.
First let me tell you my physical stuff. I am a 22yo senior in college, I weigh 185 pounds and I am like 5' 9". I am fairly muscular. My BF got to be around 14-17%. I would like to be down to around 8% or possibly lower by the end of May. I know this goal is defintely realistic and I can accomplish it.
I would like for you guys to tell me how you are continously are able to stay on a diet and do cardio. My ideal way of looking is to be fit and defined, but I am not sure what I should do regarding cardio. How many times a week, should I do it morning and postlift at night? I would put a pic of myself on here but I just aint sure how to do it.

Thx Ben
