IGF-LR3 or HGH?

It depends on many things:
Age
Weight
Goals
Diet
Lifting regimine
Cardio regimine
On cycle/off cycle

So let me know the answers.
 
I've posted this information several times... but no worries. I'm not new to the game, I've been on EF for several years now, just not a very avid poster. I've hit GH for 6 months at 3-5 iu/day 5on2off, and I'm curious if I can expect similar, if not better results from IGF.

8 weeks PCT, about to be off-cycle for 2 months before 16wk test/primo/var starting May
I'm naturally lean, but I'd still like to be 200-205 and hover around 6-8%

I'm curious to know the experiences people have had with IGF-LR3.
 
I have too posted this information several times. However, I am not the one asking the question. And I definately don't mind because others usually chime in and that begins some great comentary and info which I might not have known.
Ok the main reason I see people using GH is for its anti-aging, the second is for fat loss and the third is for muscle development.
The main reason to take IGF is muscle gain, tight lean muscle, the second is for fat loss, lastly you will receive no anti-aging.
You have to run short cycles of IGF. 40 days on 20 days off. I think the best way to use it to time it on your cycle so that the when you stop for the last 20 days that day 21 is your first day of PCT so that your body still holds its size while off. You can expect to keep your same BF or better and add about 5 lbs of lean mass.
Just make sure its legitimate IGF and also there are people selling 100mg vials as 1,000mg vials.
 
See, that's what I'm talkin about. I have read posts on other sites about similar results, but it seems most posts are a few years old. I believe it typically comes in 1mg. 30-40mcg/day. 100mg would last me till I'm 80!
 
So its all about what your after bro. If you are looking to get big, then IGF in conjunction with GH is your best bet. HGH ultimately turns into IGF after it is injected, but the use of IGF is to be done post workout in isolated muscle groups. Even though igf is systemic, it is also site specific if you do it right. Lets say your lagging in your calves and your on cycle, say test-e 4oomg EW, tren-e and HGH. So right after you work out, calves, within 5 minutes after WO, you would inject anywhere from 30 to 50mcg in each calf, and then right after that down your protien shake. IGF will go to the most fatigued muscles in your body right off the batt, and is great as a shuttle for nutrients to those fatigued muscles. IGF should be used for a month at a time, nop more than that. It is trully effective if you do it right.

Opps I made a mistake. I meant 100mcg's and 1,000mcgs not mg...LOL you got me!
When I take it I take between 30-40mcg's per side intra-muscular in the last muscle used. IE bi's, tri's, delts. So I changed my WO so I finished Tri's-monday, bi's-wednesday and delts-friday. If you are using GH then things get tricky and you need to be very carefull as not to become type-II.
 
So... 30 mcgs per side would be 60 mcg total daily. From what I've been able to gather, most recommend no more than 40mcg before you start running into the intestinal growth issue (obviously over time). This is something I'm going to consider investing in long term for short cycles, so I'd prefer to steer clear of any chance of Ronnie gut. This is the protocol I was considering:

20mcg per side, 40mcg total per day
Immediately PWO, on the muscle worked
40 days on / 20 days off
Timed to be used on cycle, and for the 1st 40 days of PCT

Sound good?
 
Yeah sounds great, but don't worry too much about what you have heard or read about GH gut when concerned with that small amount of IGF. I mean really if you are doing over 100mcg's per day than yes that is something to worry about. One thing I would like to point out, I have been on the boards for a while like you and whenever anyone says you need to be carefull I always ask for a pic of someone they know and not a pro who has gotten GH gut from IGF. Guess what they never even repost. It is good to be precautious to read, ask questions, learn and build confidence in what you don't know before taking the leap to using. Over time you will find that 40mcg's might not be enough and as long as you don't go crazy with the IGF even 80mcg's every other day is not going to give you GH gut...

Thanks for your advice bro... cycle starts in May. I'll be moving from the cool climate to sweltering heat just before I start, so we'll see how all that plays into it.
