Yes and overall it just worked better. I've tried both sub q and IM, IM worked better for me. Now granted sub q could work better for you but I'm just sharing what has worked for me and others in my circle.
 
yeah bro. I didn't notice a difference either way. both ways had good recomping effects and pumps so I went with the method with less pinning.

Wayyyyyy too high of a dose. You only need 30-50mcg a day split bilaterally. I would run 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Post workout is best

As far as injecting if you're doing 40mcg a day and you train chest, you will shoot 20mcg into each pec post workout. Also I would shoot it everyday you train (idk if you are training 4 days a week or if you're only electing to inject it 4 days)

The size insulin pin you have is fine. If you wanted you could even use a 31 gague, just make sure it's still the 1" syringe.

Low dose has never done nothing for me. My results became very noticeable at 80-100mcg daily.
 
Do you guys reuse slin needles, or use a new one every time?

I used the same one for bilateral injections then would replace. 80 Mcgs a day split 40 into each muscle post workout helped my shoulders get massive and waistline slimmer. I also used sub q some days .

I think I am going to stick to SubQ in the stomach.

If I decide to go IM, it will be Pecs, Biceps, Triceps, and Delts.

Let me know how SubQ works out for you, I am thinking about doing SubQ also since the IGF-1 LR3 version was designed to have a much longer half-life than the older versions of igf-1 and will spread to all receptors..

I think people who believe in the localized IM injection in the muscle group just worked out are people who had that protocol with the older versions of igf-1 but who am I to talk, I haven't tried igf-1 before so I don't really know.

Also are you going to split the dosages from morning and then again PWO or just shoot it all PWO ?
