Igf-1

Going to be adding some IGF-1 LR3 to my stack soon. Pretty sure I know the gist of how to use it, just want to make sure.

The plan is 100mcg, 4x a week, for 6 weeks. Then 4 weeks off, repeat

Going to be pinning intra-muscle post-workout (or is pre better?) of the muscle worked.

Now, say I am pinning Pecs. Should I pin 100mcg into the left pec the first time, and the pin 100mcg into the right pec the next time.. Or should I split the injection up into 50mcg each pec each Monday? Also the same for every muscle group.. to switch side each week?

And one more question.. 1' 29g insulin needle Okay for this?

Wayyyyyy too high of a dose. You only need 30-50mcg a day split bilaterally. I would run 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Post workout is best

As far as injecting if you're doing 40mcg a day and you train chest, you will shoot 20mcg into each pec post workout. Also I would shoot it everyday you train (idk if you are training 4 days a week or if you're only electing to inject it 4 days)

The size insulin pin you have is fine. If you wanted you could even use a 31 gague, just make sure it's still the 1" syringe.

I used it a couple of times. tried both pre and post workout. pre-workout gives crazy pumps and I didn't notice any localized growth when injecting into the muscles post-workout. it was good for recomp. I couldn't gain fat on it. if I run it again, I'll probably just inject subcutaneous in the morning, due to its long half-life.

I never used over 40mcgs and still got a little hypo if I didn't have any carbs soon thereafter. 100 mcgs is way overkill to start out with.

If I workout 5 days a week, could I run it 5 days a week?

Thinking I am just going to go subq.

Also thinking about half in the morning before breakfast, then the other half post-workout.

Yeah run it 5 days a week. I would highly advise injecting IM post workout though, not sub q. Also don't split your dose morning and post workit, just hit it all post workout

Why wouldn't you recommend splitting the dose in the morning and the 2nd one post-workout ?

EDIT: the question is for infraredline

why IM post workout? the half-life is something like 30 hours. not like the muscle worked is going to see any localized growth. the lr3 version is going to attach to every receptor in your body with its long half-life.

imo, injection time isn't going to make a big difference either way. but what advantage do you get going bilaterally IM over subQ? more injections makes zero sense. is this just what you've read parroted over and again or have you actually seen an advantage to IM post workout?

I've seen an advantage with doing it IM post workout as have many of my buddies.
