well the contestants are better and real in the IFBB, but the judges are worse...I think the WWF judges eyes are better, we should hire them to judge the pros! They work their asses off every year just to compete for second place...I do not understand!

More like the WBF!
Everyone knows that the WWF is for entertainment purposes only..it isn't taken seriously, so it does well. The IFBB represents--or is supposed to represent--sport. Unfortunately, it brings the intelligence of the WWF to the table. As soon as judging becomes legitimate and as soon as some form of intelligence arrives on the scene, the IFBB will be considered a joke and a money loser. Like I said in another post, imagine Al Michaels interviewing Ronnie Coleman on national TV.

These guys(and girls) are by far better athletes than any ifbb bodybuilder will be....dont call bodybuilding a sport if you are mocking the wwf....

The WWF is far more real. Everyone does their own stuntwork and they know the outcome. Hmmmm well the IFBB everyone does their own daredevil concoctions of drugs and we already know that Ronny is going to win until he retires.....

Flame if you'd like, but I can honestly say that I believe Joe Wieder is doing much worse for bodybuilding than he is doing FOR it.
He may be interested in the sport, but he is all about selling his damn products. I don't know if he's always been this way, but bodybuilding as a whole is not growing because of the lame ass excuse for an Olympia, the lack of a decent judging system or even GRADING system among physiques, the constant unwillingness to discuss steroids out in the open... I really wish we had better spokesmen for the sport.
Its a shame.

Also he has no tv backing, not even espn 2 . I watched webcast (56k) and it was cool cause I've never done that before but the quality of the pictures atleast at 56k was very poor and they kept cutting everything short. With all the sports channels these days they need some kind of tv exposure for there circuit.
I was considering entering an all natural competition at the beginning of next year. I have trained for 12 years hard to get to a pretty well packed build for my frame naturally. Now according to the rules you only need to be all natural for 5 years and that didnt thrill me, and one of the winners from this past year was some 22 year old kid who at 5'9 weighed in at 225 pounds ripped to shreds. I dont know but something tells me that the all natural isnt quite there.
Anyways I am just as happy keeping this as my way of life and hobby rather than a competition. At least with the competition being just between me and the guy in the mirror I know what to expect, but in the recent research I have done and the last few bodybuilding competitions I have seen there really is no sport left in getting the actual trophy its all politics on every level.

Hell, I'm under 200lbs and I could beat Ronnie in a wrestling match because he'd probably have a heart attack or something after the first minute of running around. Did you see him posing on The Tonight Show a while back? He was literally PANTING and GASPING for air barely able to speak after he posed for a couple of seconds. ROFL how does he survive a training session?

They're both the same. The difference is the IFBB has not yet publicly come out and said bodybuilding is not a "sport" but rather it's scripted and it merely "sports entertainment."
I would imagine next year we'll see not just the Olympian Singles Championships, but we'll also see Tag Team Olympians as well as Olympian Battle Royals too.
