going to start clen cycle for cutting... just need to get tsome things straight..
should i start out 40 mcg ED for 3 days, then 60 mcg ED for 3 days, then 80, then 100, and just stay at 100? or is 80 high enough? and is it better to just take one dose in the morning, or twice daily? im also trying to do this straight through winter break so do you recommend going two weeks straight then on the start of the 3rd week take benadryl every night? what are some tips for when on clen, like no drinking or smoking right? advice would be appreciated!

i started at 20 and get to 60 and the side were too much for me, but everyone is different so just see how you respond. the half life is like 35 hours (some say 28) so the 2x a day would help keep the dose a bit more even.

I would do 2 weeks/2 off and use an eca stack during the 2 off and take the bendryl that 3rd week.

that said, i will never use clen again, i like the short half life of albuterol (like 2.7 hours).
 
Start low and see how you react. Check your body temp and if it is raised a degree above normal you are at a decent dose for your body. You will fry your receptors so you will need to cycle it and/or use benadryl. IMHO don't take it after 4-6pm. I feel the effects for a few hours so you might have trouble sleeping if taken any later.
 
did 2 weeks, sides sucked , worst one was i just could keep my hands still for shit.


No results either but i only did 2 weeks so...

exactly!!! JUST USE THE OLD ECA STACK AND YOU'LL GET THERE! DIET AND CARDIO AND YOU'LL SEE SOME AWESOME RESULTS!! CLEN WILL GIVE YOU HEART OR VALVE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE WHEN USE IN HIGHER DOSES THAN RECOMMENDED. I USED IT AND DID NOT LIKE IT.!

hey bro u think u could give me more details about when u took clen before, like the doses u took and for how long u took it, and the side effects u got, and the results u got?

whats the deal with benedryl?? after this cycle...i know alot of women that use it for sleep...why is this used at week 3?...does benedryl have any adverse side effects with long term use??....thanks guys.
