If you had to choose only ONE...

If you had to choose one, and only ONE resistance-training exercise, which would it be:

1) The Squat

2) The Deadlift

And how many reps/sets/times-per-week?

The question is just one of pure curiousity---I have no idea why, but it came to me as I was hauling 120lb sidewalk blocks into my backyard :coffee:

For muscular development? strength? pure fun?

Deadlift

lol, deads=fun? yeah right, i fucking hate them. Needless to say it is a chore when i have to do the damn things, which will be in about a half hour away...gonna be a shitty afternoon.

have ue ver been in a fight? and if so have u ever lost a fight?

if u answered yes to both questions, then u know what it feels like when ur about to get finished off and either u stay down or u get that sort of freaky surge of energy and it make su wanan scream and cry at the same time ( i call it super sayin- from dbz haha)

if u can mimic that feeling during a heavy set of deads and u feel like either u go crazy or u will get beaten senseless it makes it alot funner. you get that surge of energy through your body and battle the weight up and ENJOY moving it, sort of like you enjoy beating the shit out of someone who is trying to hurt you
