i would use a fake name with the right address so if anything should happen you might have a better chance of getting off,with real name you are nailed no turning back then. the post office well del.to the address not the name well thats my opion

I don't use a name at all, just the address. That way if something happens they have no name to track it to.

Has anybody tried this or is this not a good idea. At least it does not have your name on it.......Just a thought.

Rest assured that customs would find that suspicious. Same goes for person to person packages. Most sources ship from a "business" to a person because it is routine for people to order things from a company.

I think it would be safe to open a PO box in the name of your "company" and then have deliveries made to it using the company name.

Using a false name is yet another federal crime that they can add to the list.

Good point. However if you are shipping domestic that would not be a bad idea. As far as commiting another crime how whould they prove that you are breaking the law by putting the word Residence on the package. What if you live with 4 or 5 people are they going to arrest everybody in the house?

I think the term that the junk mail uses is "current resident." I'm sure that'd be fine for domestic mail.

Always used real name, fake is useless.... if they wanna bust you they will no matter whats your name.....
