[FONT="]As a natural lifter I learned strength = size and I used 5x5 for compounds and 10-20 rep ranges for isolations. I would have a intensity day and a volume day. Does this approach work while on gear? Wanting experienced opinions as I see most gear users do splits and a lot of volume. I'm currently on cycle doing a push pull but would like To go back to full body or upper lower split and workout body parts more frequent. Thoughts..?[/FONT]
