Nice to see you back, IP....and lookin' good as always! Your 55 mins of incline walking/sprints is impressive. I always seem to get bored when I do cardio for that long if it's not a class. Do you listen to music?

YEA!! HI Roony ;)

Yes, I listen to music and I am constantly changing the workout up with duration of sprints, speed of the sprint, etc. - I don't just do steady state (I get way too bored with that!!) heehee :verygood:
