Hey guys,

I have been going through articles on T-Mag.com, i am sure you guys have been there, and ihave been reading articles written my olympic trainer Ian King. The stuff he talks about it not so much strange as it is just different in some ways that I have been told before. Like exercises where he only uses body weight, and only a few sets, and stuff like that.

I was just curious as to wheather or not people have tried the things he suggested? And if they worked or not?

I just read one article about his suggestions for putting on mass, and it seems like its just not possible if you have a full time job. This sucks, i work 9-6:30. But, at the same time, in the last couple of months, I have put on a fair amount of muscle/fat just form eating big.... so, can you get big while working full time???

Yes, it is quite possible to get working full-time. If you don't have time for a routine don't do it. Do what works for you!

There is an article at T-Mag that outlines a bulking routine (training, diet and lifestyle), written by Ian King, that takes the piss a little. It goes to extremes to emphasise how important rest and minimising stress are. Practically, what he outlines isn't possible, and I think he says so...
