I worked my triceps HARD this morning!!!

I took the advice given to me earlier this week about working my triceps and I really worked them hard this morning. It felt really good and I'm going to stick with it until I see some progress. :)

Just wanted to say thanks for the words of advice and the encouragement!

Well, my tris are lagging behind my bis and delts right now and up til now I really haven't enjoyed working them much. I've added a couple of new moves and increased the intensity this week so hopefully it will eventually pay off.

I also did bis this morning and usually I start with 15lbs but after 15 reps I was still going strong so I think it's time to start off with 20lbs. Yay.

I'm surprised that nobody here let you in on the secret to amazing tris: anal sex.

HS - you're a sick fuck.

Freak Daddy - I am doing pressdowns on the pulley machine, skull crushers with an ez barbell (don't know if that terminology is correct), triceps kickbacks, and bench dips (using a bench and with my feet on the ground).

LMAO@HAPPY SCRAPPY!!!!!;)
Try overhead cable extensions with the rope! Do those on the pulley machine! Keep doing kickbacks, but make sure you get the full extension! Keep your back parrallel to a flat bench and your arm parrallel to your side, then get full ext. Use 2 benches when you do dips! Put your feet on the other bench. Then have someone put a 45lb plate on your lap! You'll love them!! I do those w/ 4 -45lb plates on my lap! Do reverse pushdowns on the pulley machine! Sounds as if you are on the right track! Let me know if you have any questions!

I almost forgot one of my favorite movements! Do overhead d.bell ext. Make sure you do them seated with support to your back. Keep your elbows tight to your head, but not too tight!

okay here's my ultimate tricep burner... get a decline bench... (head lower than feet) get a couple of dbs (i can only use 12.5s on this puppy) and do lying extensions... seems easy at first until you realize that the resistance is steady in both the up and the down...

i do these at the end of my tri workout and i can NEVER finish my third set of 10... never... my arms just shake like leaves...

I posted something similar about 6 mts. ago - I had the same problem...but, I can now SEE my tri's...Tri's are much harder to develop than bi's and the 2 exercises that were a must for me were lying tri extensions and dips (w/feet straight down and arms fairly close together)

Phen - I cant wait to do my tri extensions on a decline bench!

I haven't been near a computer this weekend, so I just read all the great triceps moves - thanks! I can't wait for my next workout!

I just got back from a killer run in 95% humidity - it's VERY hot and humid on this island!

Phemomena - I don't live in Canada but I was born in Toronto and have citizenship and I visit every year. Oh Canada! I don't live in Barbados but it does start with a 'B'.

Again, thanks for all the input!
